please reply all of my email immediately. Because it's not only me who get more inpatient. Our costumer get more upset too because they don't get their request for a long time... AT LEAST, reply me, so I can know that you receive it or not. Also tell me if you can't do it. Please! I won't get mad if you can't. I will really understand.

If you still really being like this, *I don't want to mention the name* I will really can't stand it anymore. And the only thing I can do is, well you know what will I do to you.

I'm really sorry with all of my harsh words. The only thing I want is making this shop better since I receive some complain from the costumer for their delay request... I know all of you have some request. I'm helping you too, I accepted some new graphic designers, but it still can't help. Please bear with it.
