I've been worried about this since our last hiatus. there's some error on our networking. It's like a delay when we want to contact our staff and such like that.

I'm really sorry if I have disappointed you with our work. But I've decided. That we're closed!

Don't worry, your request will be finished soon. As if we can't contact our staff, I with my co-admin are ready to do it for you. Except for the review and trailers, since we can contact the with no problems at all.

I'm really sorry about this.

H I A T U S

I want to tell you about our status right now. We still on our HIATUS. It means that we won't accept any kind of request except if you're a liners / you have a membership in our shop. Check who's on the membership area on the navigation.

We'will on hiatus for a few weeks until all of the request is done. We're on this status because we have several reason.

First, there's a few complain about the application. That there are some of you have sent your application request, but we didn't receive this.

Second, we can't contact our staff. Some of them, didn't reply our email until now. Our co-admin, airiseu has helped too. She contacts them via AFF, since I can't access AFF comfortably with my phone. *I'm on holiday now* I'm really sorry to airiseu, that I've given her some works that she shouldn't work on it because the other staff didn't reply the email.

Three, both of me and airiseu who can handle the site are in a busy schedule. Well, it's not because I'm on holiday, since I'm overseas, it's really expensive to spend more time for access on the internet by my phone. I'm not using Blackberry that can have unlimited time to access the internet with a same fee. And, airiseu is facing a test to enter a new grade of her education.

So, if you didn't see your request on the status tab, please immediately contact us. So, I can check it again.

please reply all of my email immediately. Because it's not only me who get more inpatient. Our costumer get more upset too because they don't get their request for a long time... If you still really being like this, *I don't want to mention the name* I will really can't stand it anymore. And the only thing I can do is, well you know what will I do to you.

I'm really sorry with all of my harsh words. The only thing I want is making this shop better since I receive some complain from the costumer for their delay request... I know all of you have some request. I'm helping you too, I accepted some new graphic designers, but it still can't help. Please bear with it.

X-Line is a site that willingly to do your request. We help you to make free graphics, review, and trailer for your fanfics

.HISTORY.

It was started when our beloved admin, aisiseu, helped her friends to make her a poster for her fanfics. It came out pretty well. So, she decided to open this shop with her other bestfriend, vellangels. X-Line first opened on March. When it first open, it's just a small shop with only 2 staff who did Poster and Promotion. It was middle of March when X-Line started to build a site and recruited some staffs. Until now, X-Line only has 19 staffs who work together to do your request. We try our best to fulfill your request.

What is BLACKLIST?

Blacklist is a list or register of entities who, for one reason or another, are being denied a particular privilege, service, mobility, access or recognition.

So, if you want to enter our Blacklist, please do this things..

1. If you break our rules, you will easily enter our BLACKROOM.

2. If you don't post our work [poster], you will enter our BLACKROOM. We give you 2 weeks. Count after we tell you that your poster is finish!

3. Speak harshly? It's as same as you're trying to enter our BLACKROOM.

a. POSTER : We give you only twice changes! If you don't like our poster that we've made, we will remake it only twice times! If you still ask us to make it more than three times, you will go o our BLACKROOM

b. TRAILER : you don't like the trailer? Well, we spent our time to make it but you didn't use it? Go to our BLACKROOM! Just FYI, Making trailer needs more time than reviewing and designing poster. It's harder. Please appreciate us.

c. REVIEW : Hey! If you request us to review your Fics, it means you have to prepare all of the possibility that could happen. If we critic your Fics, PLEASE don't get mad... Because we really give our honest opinion. Still, mad? Are you wishing to write your name in our BLACK ROOM list? Yeah, we could accede your wish!
